Babies and Mothers Alive Foundation invites sealed bids from eligible bidders. Please find details here.

We have allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of framework contracting and pre-qualification of suppliers for the provision of supplies and services for 12 months in 2024.

Therefore, we invite sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of various supplies and services (please kindly see this document for details).

Interested eligible bidders may obtain the Standard bid documents and further information at the address given below at 6 (a) from 8 am – 4 pm.

Interested bidders may purchase the Bidding documents in English upon submitting a written application to the address below at 6(b), proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Ugandan Shillings). The method of payment will be on account number: 0051944001, Account name: Babies and Mothers Alive Foundation, Bank: DTB (Diamond Trust Bank), Branch: MASAKA in Uganda Shillings.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at (b) at or before 10 am on 14th February 2024 and bid opening at 2 pm on 14th February 2024.
